Why We Do What We Do
Marlene is passionate about building positive, productive, inclusive workplaces where magic can happen and incredible results can occur. She has always loved to work and, in her early career, experienced happy and unhappy workplaces and created her curiosity years before the topic became a trend. She became interested in the intersection of employer and employee relationship and how it could be fortified.
As a result, we believe that both the employer and employee bear a responsibility to make work work. That means we are eager to grow and support both parties to create synergistic work places where happy, engaged people create successful outcomes in organizations with innovative, modern leadership who walk their talk. True collaboration lives with authentic conversations in a culture where both the hearts and minds of all are engaged and committed. It’s a big ideal and not easy to achieve but is possible. We are expected to work over 70,000 hours, a third of our lives, so it’s worth it.
